Where are most of the better STR returns in Central OR right now?

I had an appraisal done for the refinance and it came back at 515k which seemed pretty good. now I have been in the home for a year so I can start renting it out for a decent amount of money that would pay the mortgage and I would get about 600 in rental income on top of paying the mortgage.

Frankly, no matter how well you do safety, dumb guests will find some way to hurt themselves so insurance is a top priority.

In the end, it may be the same amount of money or more, but it will just have to be structured differently as you navigate the shifting market.Northwest Valley would be a good option. 

there are ways to get around the highest and you also need to take into account the savings you will generally have on the purchase side when compared to other regions.

Also, I wanted to convey that the type of investor I describe should on;y accept a quality tenant well above what’s typically considered acceptable in the industry.  

What is more important to you @Nithin Kumar...the cash flow, or the appreciation?
