I am sure there are qualified people to train you, but I would warn you to have anything Pace Morby or anyone else teaches reviewed by your attorney.  

Teaching personal finance, woodshop, home repair, car repair (the mechanical part) and cooking should be required at every high school.

Avery Carl teaches the "Enemy Method," which I think is great advice for looking into competition revenue.

Some will of course but the guru's teaching wholesaling are not going to go into great detail of what states have laws against etc..

That will teach you more usable skills than working in a related field.

It's super hard to teach a noobie how to cold call or better said, you need to go through a lot of them to find one that can handle it.

The cool thing about the RE community is that everybody is willing to teach.

This is 100% not our business model and we teach our students the same.

PP stays the same, Payment stays the same, Seller keeps tax benefits, and you can structure ammortization within the payment schedule.There are a bunch of older guys in Tampa that teach this kind of structuring.
