If the non-permitted patios cause the maximum permitted building size to be exceeded, they will have to be removed.If the windows and panels of the enclosure are removable, the enclosed patio space might not be considered permanent enclosed space, avoiding the maximum allowable building size.Normally a patio doesn't have a vapor barrier beneath it and potentially can not be enclosed to be permanent living space.

He seemed mild-tempered, listened to his owner's commands, friendly and looked ok physically from his shiny black coat and bright curious eyes.I've never allowed pets before but this property has a large dog enclosure that the owner agreed he could utilize with her providing a dog house for him to sleep/rest in.

Install a proper vapor barrier, either mud or cement board or Shluter the whole enclosure and then throw up the tile, you need to cut it anyway.These guys are full of crap....actually probably crooks.
