Hello all! 

I'm looking to rent out a property and the property has a pool. How would I ensure that it continues to get properly maintained? I can't force someone to use a specific service can I? If so would it be included in lease. Is it something that the tenant can pay for?

 Its like 25 bux a week, hire your own guy that goes , KEEP IT SIMPLE,
