If you are talking sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows/kitchens/bath on a general home it is high. 

Your generic bash on Cleveland, while humorous (video) in misinformed and has sweeping generalizations, slanted language and is full of Bias regarding all areas of Cleveland and the suburbs.

The house was built into a steep downslope lot which meant high engineering/Geo costs, but it was worth it for the sweeping, head on ocean views.
