Hello Everyone,My name is Fernanda and I live in Upstate NY (CNY) and I always had a desire on dive in into Real Estate Investing (I work in a Real Estate Office and I love it - never had a interest on becoming a Realtor because where I live there are too many Realtor for a small/short market, if you don't know people and not familiar with the area you will suffer to make any moves). 

I also suffer from 'nice-guy-itus.' so I feel your pain.

Evidently, you are suffering the "Groves" effect and distorting the truth and reality of things, unless what you really mean is that you have the "skills and mindset", but you have not put them to the practice yet.Selling real estate education is easy, being a real estate investor is very difficult, and you are a clear example of it, 13 years down the line and you still pay someone like the Groves, to take your money just to give you "mindset" and motivation. 

Your credit score will suffer if you have debt.

It was a problem in my family and I saw relatives' health suffer, so I wanted the cycle to end with me. 

This was my first deal and I suffered from analysis paralysis for two years before pulling the trigger on my first real estate investment.

And this:  don't put someone else's selfish needs before yours...there is no award for suffering fools.To better days to come...

The northern CA RE market Tanked and I mean tanked ( we all have short memories and like to think CA never suffers degraded equities).

However, keep in mind that once you start using one platform, you are locked in there for good - if the performance of the platform starts suffering, there is no good way out.
