For example, would you learn on YouTube how to fix your engine if your car was having engine issues and waste time doing so or just take it to a mechanic?

Was a licensed engineer involved to design to repairs?

I have a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona and spent 4 years in the military prior to that.

I did all land survey, architecture, engineering, and razing of the property.

@Chris Miller history doesn’t repeat itself, but it does rhyme.I remember 2006, and how the fed was engineering a beautiful soft landing and everything was great and home builder stocks and banks and investment banks were THE stocks to own because all the data was pointing to a rosy future.The only data source you would need is the yield curve.
