Spare doors, water heater, lots of extra faucets, supply lines shark bite valves for bathroom or kitchen sinks, saw blades, paint brushes, rollers, even paint. 

We removed every plant and blade of grass and we dug the yard 6 inches deep, poured slurry (a concrete & sand mix) and we put rocks on the tree belt and where we removed the trees and plants.We removed all the dishwashers and garbage disposers, painted outside the entire building remodeled one unit, installed a tankless water heater that provides hot water and removed a fairly large hokey balcony the previous owner installed.

I had to survey the damage shortly after and it was beyond words, there wasn't even grass left, other than sticking out of power lines and telephone poles, blades of grass.......

Says he agrees I should add the switch, but the problem is the blades rubbing each other and the noise will soon go away.

They employ 1 guy per shift to swap out server blades and are mostly there for cheap power.  

Lastly, the fan blades are flopping.

Just hold the blade at an angle and you won't hurt the chip board underneath.

Adults pick up children and the child gets clocked in the head with the high speed fan blade.  

I am trying to wait until a more suitable time to have the fecal matter hit the rotating bladed exhaust port. 

If it's no good you could take a saw zall with a metal blade and cut it into unusable parts.
