They go a lot quicker than a 4x24 belt sander, the largest of the standard handheld belt sanders in common woodworking use.You can also staple over the whole floor with 1/4-inch luan plywood, but with problems like these it would be a waste of $.

When we looked for a co, one co gave a 1 and 1/2 page narrative response, another was a bit longer. one, a major co, had the info on several sheets, stapled together in the upper left corner.
