I’m asking aside from reading the staple books that help understand the general concepts of real estate investing and/or brokerage if you’re an agent.

They go a lot quicker than a 4x24 belt sander, the largest of the standard handheld belt sanders in common woodworking use.You can also staple over the whole floor with 1/4-inch luan plywood, but with problems like these it would be a waste of $.
