Nobody can pass the buck, everyone's responsible and accountable, and I'm not overlooking a child that's a nuisance to society and will wreck my asset.It's difficult to enforce tag-along boyfriends/girlfriends, family, 'babysitters' etc. 

However, i also am a member of society and i choose to be a good citizen and treat people fairly amd with compassion.

That is not the reality of our society as a whole living like that.I hope you have enjoyed this article.

Let's not talk about who dumped guns and drugs into our environment in the first place for those guys with criminal backgrounds you mentioned earlier...You seem like a smart guy....figure it out...You don't have the slightest clue how easy it was for me to be one of those guys....Instead, I've worked with guys who have "criminal backgrounds"  since society is  "less likely"  to give second chances to a "certain group of people." 

It can turn into a vicious cycle if you borrow money to pay debt.Don’t get me wrong I understand why you are doing it and best of luck to you.Just seems like an unhealthy way for society to leverage credit imo.

Just because I was wrong about a concept with real estate does not mean I have a utopian view of society; however, I had bad information.

I'd like to hope Im wrong but I think our society speaks for itself.  

If you play the victim, you will be a victim of society, of government, of your circumstances, of your upbringing.

Leave those money pits to historic societies that don't care about money.
