Hi @Joseph Goode I didn't see any responses on this so I wanted to see if anyone did get back to you via PM as I am interested in this topic as well.   

The city is among a number of nodes for Tesla suppliers popping up throughout the Austin metro as a result of the so-called "Tesla effect" — which is shorthand for the trend of electric vehicle suppliers flocking to the region in response to Tesla's mammoth presence in eastern Travis County, where it has a gigafactory and headquarters.

In the multi unit buildings I put on lease "Each tenant shares responsibility for removing snow and salting on both walkways and sidewalk infront of property" and I have them initial before we execute lease.

If this info helps with any advice given in anyone’s responses, they are good tenants.

Some of them even walk off the job, even after they pull permits and are technically responsible for the work.

They moved in and within 24 hours sent the following letter (names have been changed): "Hi Dawn and Brian,Sindy and I are frustrated, disappointed, and really struggling with the idea of moving forward with the move into your home.We realize this is the first time you have rented a property to someone, and may not be aware of the responsibilities that landlords have, and want to inform you that there are habitability issues with the home that are quite literally against the law, pursuant to Colorado’s Warranty of Habitability Law, CRS §§ 38-12-501 et seq.
