I've been trying to simulate the calculations on different listings around here just to practice the process and I kept seeing negative cash flow so thought maybe I was doing the math wrong/not enough units/just a poor investing area, but I think having the attitude that someone is paying for much of your mortgage and one day you can capitalize and be positive is probably the right strategy to have around here.
