Hey Peter, After working with several PMs I decided to manage myself using the online tools.

We also have several REI meetups monthly.

I have one rental property in San Marcos, CA (North County San Diego), which was my primary residence for several years before I moved to Orange County.

No updates and still no response to my request for estimated completion date despite asking several times. 

I’m also new to REI and looking to build wealth through real estate, but without necessarily making it a full-time career.I’ve also come across that stat, and from what I’ve researched, there are several ways to invest in real estate more passively.

I needed some extra financing on my first rehab and opened several 0 apr credit cards which I used for materials and payed them off before any interest.

@Kim Huynh I have several tenants that pay twice a month and one that pays weekly.

There are many great professionals available; I recommend interviewing several to ensure they have an investor-friendly approach.

It seems like there's an issue at least once a month that I must pay for, on top of trying to budget to fix several leaks (roof included), radiator not working, no shower in one unit, etc.
