Normally my competitive nature says second place doesn’t count but with regards to a billionaire named Elon saying Tulsa was the runner up to Austin for possible relocation, I’ll take it.

I am a husband and father, a dog-lover, avid traveler and marathon runner (although on an injured atm).

I'd be more than willing to be an errand runner in return for some useful insight!  

You forgot friend, consultant, advisor, marriage counselor, psychologist, therapist, errand runner, appointment setter, economist, psychic , taxi driver, cookie baker (open houses), designer, negotiation expert, and probably 100 more....Good luck and best wishes.

The least invasive thing to do would be to ask your upstairs tenant to put down some large area rugs and runners down the hallway.

I never go myself and only work with contractors who have runners so they don't send one of the crew to get more cement and take an hour away from the job.

Re the footsteps, get a few rugs or runners for traffic areas.
