With 6 roomies, and possibly a lot of turnover, (Mi cocina es la cochina de nadie)Same for the restrooms, livingroom and yard.Maybe some maid service to keep the place(s) as desirable living space.I wouldn't not expect flop house types to be big on cleaning up other roommates messes .

No one wants to rent with people they don't know, in my town groups will set out to find houses, not singles.Then as I tell the kids when they complain "Its much more motivating to come home to a house full of angry roommates than it is for me to call you a few times"Continuing: If someone leaves I put the students in charge of finding their new roommate, I don't want that responsibility.

When selecting roommates or tenants for coliving they must be flexible regarding tenants that you carefully vet in other terms, but gender is something that I've learned the hard way to not consider as a criteria.Let us know how it goes.
