People are still using poly lines for supply lines and they will pit & leak from the chemicals in our water supplies...my contracting company gets at least 1 or 2 calls a month for floods caused by a broken supply line so it's best to upgrade the lines.

If they dumped any hazardous waste as well and not just trash the county or city will get more involved.In our old subdivision there were some people dumping illegal chemicals down the storm drains.The water division came out and they eventually caught the businesses doing it and arrested them.
