You only have one first impression with guests browsing OTA's and your hero photo and listing title are crucial.

In each case there is a fee for the first year (something like $20K and $5K, respectively), and then the renewal fee for subsequent years is much lower.

If it gets you that distraught, maybe you look at respecting or ignoring someone's opinion without discounting just so you don't come off looking like a desperate shill.
