Pre-finished hardwood a bigger item but the bag for the buck can be huge.

I know two brothers in my area, who started investing the same time we did, bought 2 triplexes like us, and then sold it about 8 years later, and bagged over $100K appreciation for each, totaling $200K.

While REIT is essentially a replica of a mutual fund invested in RE only, it doesn't offer  the tax advantages and other benefits that are offered via commercial real estate syndications. 

The younger EMT told me it was the first time he'd ever come in on a call to find help on the scene already in blue gloves.The older EMT actually stole my roll of paper towels out of my bag to clean up blood with.

One year we discovered that mice were in our "private" closet, eating boxed and bagged food, while nesting in some towels. 

I can walk away from the property with none of my own money in the deal and leave you holding the bag.

Would it matter if the guest was only looking to drop off bags or put food into the fridge?

Evidence of smoking in the unit may be seen in the furnace filter (bag it and save it).

We never knew the reason why we couldn't inspect this particular unit during the walkthrough but now the cat is out the bag.
