This was a great chance to get different perspectives on the same topic from industry leaders.

One of my group leaders is part of a team which has acquired some partially improved lots - the developer ran out of money much earlier in that project.

But I think my reputation on BP and as a meetup group leader definitely helped.

I have been listening to the BP podcasts religiously since March of this year on my hour commute to and from work, been lingering long enough on here and figured I'd finally write my first post.

I have focused on one neighborhood of the city that I believe will have a steady rent and is fairly affordable and am direct mailing them religiously!
