@David WaddletonCleveland all day long.It’s the new Dallas.There’s a reason it’s been the most popular answer on your thread.I’ve bought 34 units there in the last 12 months.It won’t last long.Those who keep talking about “population decline” in relation to Cleveland probably know nothing about the market.Do yourself a favor and visit.Talk to operators on the ground,not some data wonks on BP who just simply regurgitate what they’ve read on some blog article (probably also written by some paid author who hasn’t visited Cleveland in 10 years).It is also slowly but surely changing from a strict “cash-flowing market” and is sure to be seeing some crazy appreciation soon.It’s the law of demand and supply.Investor interest (especially OOS) is just manic at this time!...

I can't give any advice but I'm glad you posted and I will be following, in case someone actually has something to mention that's helpful to you, instead of regurgitating the same old stuff, ie.. listen to all the podcast.

OK then.I wish people would stop regurgitating all these stupid marketing methods the gurus all promote.I am not just talking out of my butt here.All my leads are 100% free.

It is alas unrealistic to regurgitate all the wonky things that have crossed my desk, and the outcomes, in a forum post.

Not going to credit him due to the data not being his, but just a regurgitation of what he heard;I was fortunate to have lunch last week with Mark Sprague, chief economist for Independence Title Co. and he gave us some very insightful information about our Central Texas economy for 2016-217.

Unless/until you start looking at different asset classes most other REI books will regurgitate that info in different ways. 

This is merely a regurgitation of what I've read/heard through BP.I'd recommend vetting the already-in-place tenant as thoroughly as possible.

The wholesaler I could tell was very incompetent they regurgitated the information of the Property was listed as a Class A then read it was a Class C being repair to come up to Class B.
