Lots of extra land: Go whole hog - have one side with a motel, another area for mobile homes, RV park section, Tent campers area, cabin/Yurt/Park Model area, restaurant & bar, Big screen theater/sports viewing area - near refreshments and snacks for sale!

It includes the cleaning fees that WE pay for, snacks, toilet paper, etc.So basically we take the rent collected, cleaning fees, snacks, supplies add up that number and charge our percentage (15% for family).

We got a limo-van tour of 3 properties, we had snacks and some class time at Phil’s mansion, we got hotel food in a private meeting room, and we got a steak dinner at Perry’s Steakhouse and Grill.

You had to bring a snack the sales were for hours.

Bottles of water and little snacks, pen and notepad, toilet paper, paper towels.

I drink at least 1 gallon of water a day, vitamins, 1.5x fruit-veggie protein shakes a day, low carb (at least a lot of the times). 

Only snacks, no drinks.

I’d love to get involved in salsa dancing and martial arts in the near future.I'm not vegan, but I have a vegetarian daughter who wants to be vegan, I just can't figure out how to get enough protein in her to allow her to go full vegan.This is one of my favorite recipes of all time.

I rehabbed it and my dad visited to help with parts--whole new kitchen with a built in snack bar, new ceilings (old ones were failling in), new paint and floors, fixed heaters and windows, terraced the hilly yard, etc. 

Typically, they bring water and some snacks as well :-)
