I am a new real estate investor (wanna be right now) and wanted to introduce myself and thank everyone for sharing such great information about this profession. 

The owners are in their early to mid-60s and have professed a willingness to sell if the price is right.  

I'm not saying they're aren't snakes in any profession but i am saying myself and the lenders i work with are some pretty awesome folks who focus on getting the deal through so you as an investor can make money and hopefully use us again on your next project.

Hello fellow BP members, I recently was studying for one of my real estate courses in college and ran across a topic on appraisals and it really got me thinking.It was discussing how modern technology is affecting the appraisal profession.

Having the guidance of a firm that does this for many clients is extremely valuable, but you'll also want to work with qualified tax or legal professions when necessary.

Property management is a less then desirable profession so if you find someone doing a good job be happy. 

Yes I plan on using BiggerPockets much more than I was before as I turned real estate into my profession. 

Also, I travel a lot in my primary profession so I have no issue with vacating my condo and finding another living situation (maybe a small apartment) if I'm able to develop a passive income stream by doing so.
