It was a bit of a drive, but now I feel like I have a bill printer, Just move the quarters to the hopper and take out the bills!

@Kevin Zhang i cant click the link but a thought of mine is unless the printer has the abiltiy to produce exterior and/or interior finishes savings will be minimal.The actual framing of the house is actually one of the cheapest parts of it even with lumber increasing significantly.

There is a corner storefront 1/2 block away that is supposedly bringing Printers Row craft brewery, Starbucks 2 yrs new .5 mile, Jeff Pk Terminal 1 mile. 

@Victor Rallo looking for deals that I'm able to add sq footage either through an addition or build out of adu@Justin Noethe if you can find a local printer that can do them support local all the way, if they can't there's tons of cheap websites online to get them done, just do a quick google search.

@Wade Germann I live in Printer's Row technically.

Also, do you have yours shipped directly from printer or to you then you put in your mail locally?

Oh, and re: your suggestion...as a mobile notary, I do have a sweet printer.

Fewer and fewer have ready access to printers, so filling out online or from their phone makes the process go faster.Good luck!

I can't believe it's not a bigger topic that the printers are going to run until the dollar's purchasing power erodes even faster. 

You can play around with their filters to see if it works before pulling the trigger.I think yellowletters.com is a popular option for sending mailers, I chose to print off my printer and stuff the envelopes by hand which was pretty labor intensive but got the job done and cost a bit more than postage.
