If I added a 3rd bathroom no one would ever know any better because my house had a CO in 1967 , it doesnt ever need another .Sounds like your towns are police states , why would you let someone in to search your house for extra bathrooms or bedrooms .

Ask the police about cleaning up drug houses and what is involved.

Should I get the police report and send a letter to the upstairs tenant reconfirming with them the stipulation in our lease of quiet enjoyment? 

Two incidents of thefts from my rehabs was a no-brainer to get the WI/FI which is nominal to me calling the police, informing the insurance company only to be told (whatever) wasn't covered, and of course my deductible is $1000. 

My questions are will the police really look into/ do anything about this since it was an eviction?

If your family is hearing violent comments about killing her, shouldn't the police be notified?

The police were called and she (the landlord) was taken away in cuffs...Unbelievable what is going on....

The tenant has now had a track record of having disruptive behavior/actions more than once to neighboring tenants in the same building and made them feel so unsafe they called the police.
