Hahahaha....down to character, but I've got a moment and it amuses me that you don't get how deeply you've stepped in it.I started real estate investing in 2000, like most do, bird dogging and wholesaling. 

Kind of sad because it kills the old character of the area.  

Nothing wrong with your setup using jobs, it's little more details than I need.For data entry purposes, keep your class codes short, or you will have trouble selecting them in the input screens, which has room to show the first six characters.

I love the townhome style condos that were built so that each unit had its own character...one brick, next stucco with window shutters, next different brick with larger window, etc.

I reply "Hi  was also contacted by somebody named XXXX (character from first text) I'm a little bit confused as to who I should be talking to" and get "Hi Jack!

Credit check is a good judgment of character. 

I use the interview also to determine there character.

Best recommendations for QUALITY of work, ability to work within the bid amount, ability to follow a schedule, honesty and character are the basis of any contract.  

It's a duplex (3/2, 2/1) that needs a complete cosmetic overhaul + HVAC, but has a lot of character (exposed brick, large deck, unique rooms, etc.).
