I live a townhome with five bedrooms and am currently renting out 4 of the rooms (one person per room) and living in the master suite.

We added value by making a accent while in the living room, as well as refreshing all the furniture and decorations, painting the property, making a back door. back door out of the master bedroom because there was no way to get to the backyard without having to go through the side as well as some landscaping & new washer dryer.

Question: If we have a tub in the master bathroom, but not in the hall bathroom, is that a deal breaker for turning the home into a mid term rental?

Master areas and neighborhoods, "drive to the areas" with google maps, etc.

@Steven DeMarcoMy initial thoughts after reading most of your posts is that the 10k master class should have taught you how to market and manage your property as well as a P if not better.

All these agents have hurt the ones that have mastered the craft and "value" that so many talk about.  

For example, going to college, first job,  getting married, having children, HELL changing careers at age 50, and obtaining a master's degree.I have a 6 flat and 3 tenants at the same time are being evicted.

Upstairs has 2 bathrooms (1 for master bedroom + 1 shared with the other 3 bedrooms).
