State laws require different things for deposits, so I can't speak to CA's specifics but would wager they require a separate interest bearing account for deposits.

Consult your lawyer.I'm no law expert, but I would wager that you waived your rights to evict for non-payment of deposit when you failed to collect the deposit for 6 months.

I can't speak to either of those schools, but I'd imagine the more expensive schools probably have nicer courses with prettier graphics and better quality audio/video... but I'd wager that the content is the same either way.

It took a lot of good timing (Y2K), good connections, luck, and hard work to parlay those degrees into a lucrative line of work.The one thing I will say - college degrees are practically necessary for a youngster to get an interview at bigger companies.
