Im here to help as much as possible, im the broker of record for these transactions not the seller, i wish i had the power to return the deposits and cancel contracts( but only the seller is able to do that), once again im only the broker.

Separate HVAC systems are a good idea too—makes things easier for tenants and utility billing.I’d also recommend talking to a contractor or local utility company about what’s needed for separate power meters and mailboxes.
