Hi Pat:I greatly appreciate your comments comparing the two locations and agree with everything you said about management as well as location.I am still getting my feet wet with the BP site and and the information overload, but will keep you in mind for properties in AZ.

I've spoken to numerous Tardus members already that said their "coach" recommended Norada as one of the best investments currently available.

As I see it, consolidating all of our assets under a single holding company offers numerous benefits, including tax advantages, better lending oppurtites, and possibly more liability protection. 

I know that poses a challenge for me when it comes to comps in preparing the numbers for an offer as well as making sure I g wet as much cash out when I refinance.

I have numerous in mind that I saved on Zillow and Redfin.

Obviously with this summer’s market it wasn’t the best decision for making a lot of money but I’ll still make some, learn a ton, help out a neighbor, and got my feet wet!
