There are always a multitude of factors that go into gauging what your rental is doing.

You can google tons of images for design ideas, but the beauty of this tape is that it is easily removable without any residue left behind and comes in a multitude of colors/patterns.  

Those typically cover every possible scenario that could impact your return (in general terms, often with yes/no responses for a multitude of transaction types).

My suggestion is to establish relationships with several wholesalers, in order to gain exposure to a multitude of properties monthly.  

I'm sure there is a multitude of similarities and differences but I'll try to do it justice:Reality Shares is described as an online real estate investment marketplace where individual and institutional investors can participate in private residential and commercial deals across the US.

If you are interested in doing flips or buy properties in need of rehab to hold long term I would also begin to learn how to do a multitude of repairs.

There's a multitude of blog posts, podcasts, forum posts, etc. on BP that you can read, listen to etc.

For those interested in going outside their sphere of influence (Bigger Pockets) as a supplement to increase their resources for building capital; I found the Gale web site with the search engine to identify a multitude of directories...one in particular that caught my eye was entitled or had the gist was "early investors (e.g., comprehensive listing of angel investors, etc.).

I understand that ideally you need to have a multitude of lead avenues working for you, however my question is:What's working for you?
