This is our first time to buy a property with tenants.Going through this now in Modesto.

I have a rental home in Modesto CA (single family home - 3 beds/2 bath ) with a vacancy I want to fill by Thanksgiving. 

I have even gotten desperate and tried calling Jim Sparano out of Modesto and Bakersfield but with no evail again.

My area, ft. myers/cape coral has just been rated 3rd worse in current foreclosures behind Vegas and Modesto, CA.
