We put about 10K into it to get it all ready to rent (new beds, couches, kitchen stuff, sheets, towels, light fixtures, etc.).

Perhaps some cars on blocks or couches on the front porch.

As a person who works 55 hours a week plus doing real estate on weekends I’m sickened by the fact so many losers and deadbeats collect my hard earned tax money and do nothing but get buzzed up  and hold the couch down.

Smell the couches, drapes or anything that may retain smoke smells because they can easily air the place out and mask most of the smell with scented candles, incense, etc.2.

But I guess it would depend on how I couch the marketing; I could even offer both options...Thoughts?

The house just has a couple couches and empty liquor bottles to trash out as far as I know.
