@Ernest Onwu In addition to the meetup that @Lisa Cleveland mentioned, there are many others in the Charlotte area that are listed here on BiggerPockets in the "Events" section under the "Network" menu. 

The terminals are 3270 type terminals, so for those born after about 1990 you may need to spend some time with the help menu or (better) have a clerk help you navigate through the F3 and F10 keys.

Steakhouses -A - Ruth Chris, local independent steakhouses specializing.B - Outback, Lonestar, Texas Roadhouse, though these can be in A as well, but the A list places are typically not in B class.C - We’re a restaurant and have a steak or two on the menu, Friday night is prime rib, etc.D - no steak 😕It’s not a science, but a little from my experiences...best of luck!!!

The list of documents to be submitted by the applicant should also be list.I believe there's screening checklist in the Tools menu -> Fileplace to document your screening results - - use it & modify per your criteria.BTW:  you do NOT have to copy your results to the tenant, but to site policy and specific item which failed.
