Jane has lost a couple of marbles. 

I hate doing tile so I'd do LVP on the floor and hire out any backsplash or surround and the vanity granite or marble or whatever you're using on that.  

I've gotten no-name all plywood Chinese cabs for about 2/3 this as long as I was OK with the one "oak" pattern at that price.I'd like to find a quality frameless in this pricepoint.

If the plan is to make all the flooring the same go with a tile that isn’t just a computer generated pattern over and over. 

However this is a fact pattern that really warrants your accountants counseling.

Granite counter tops or marble or quartz?

Marble countertops, fireplace, jacuzzi, tile floors, etc. 

Exterior was the wavy pattern fiber cement siding and was easy to match.  

However, if the trend is for marble or perhaps engineered flooring, your buyer will take your wood floors as a minus, as they will desire to rip up your restored wood floors, considering it a renovation!

If you go with fabric go with a pattern - dirt and stains are far less noticeable.
