If you currently have your home listed for sale and/or rent-to-own on ANY popular website (CraigsList, Rental Properties, Buy Owner, etc.) please be aware of a scam that has been making the rounds for most of this past year.This specific scam is originating out of cyber cafes located in the little known Republic of Liberia (you are probably more familiar with the Republic of Nigeria to the east, and the popular e:mail scams that promise huge payouts from the Nigerian lottery, or requests from a Nigerian diplomat who needs assistance in moving cash out of his country).

Once this property comes in the City its worth about 35 to 50 million depending on where we are at in the economic cycles.land in the path of progress on the West coast is where the big money is made.Anyway... we were having some discussions about some new terms IE extending our due date.. and then it got heated.. but then the seller found out if he cancelled our deal well he got just under one million from us in cash but he now has to declare that as ordinary income.. and of course he is like a lottery winner the 120k never makes it the full year I am usually advancing him about FEb.. ( our payment is due in May)..that's the only reason I know that..
