Not ready to pull this trigger, but are we legally obligated to find a tenant or can we just tell them the offer has expired and that we are no longer seaking a tenant. 

There are plenty of other markets you can stay legal in and even turn a profit.

I've seen other people in the forum who simply use independent savings accounts but it is not clear to me if that is legal.
