is it a pain, do they knit pick everything, or are you able to get licensed and have a time frame on fixing things (outside deck has peeling paint, cant paint in the winter) The house is clean, fresh paint in every room, new carpet new appliances.

Of course if you do not intend to make much money stay at home, do knitting and forget the business proposalYears back I got an OA from Bizfilngs - they are reputable, Also you can just Google for one - plenty around - not sure if BP has one but they do have all sorts of stuff too!

I think it's plausible for a special, close-knit group to put something like this together but I would never participate in it unless I knew someone inside the group that had been doing it a LONG time and I trusted them completely.

And then you have the newer apartment complexes which have been built as long-term holds by tight-knit groups of investors and never hit the market.There is a spate of new student housing capacity going in that may dramatically change this sector.
