What about public areas like street intersections?

Busy intersections with stop lights seem to work best.

I'd try to find some easily visible indicators (eg fence corners, fence intersections, fence lines extended to a ROW, etc.).

Learn to compute values related to your business instead of taking the lazy, uneducated, uninformed methods of using rules of thumb, then you'll see where profits and pricing intersect.

That's important to understand.The reason I like probate is that it represents the ultimate intersection of compounded people and often property problems.

I am developing a group of commercial properties on a prominent intersection in homestead and another group is developing the other side of the intersection--a $10M project.

Hello everyone,My wife and I - who are landlords in Tulsa - have accepted a position in Dallas (office at intersection of Dallas North Tollway and Northwest Highway) and are now actively seeking a great house (not townhome or condo) to rent for ourselves in the North Dallas, Far North Dallas, Addison, Carrollton or Farmers Branch areas (as well as any other recommended areas since we don't know the DFW well - Garland, Richardson, North Irving??). 

All retail centers are  B-/C level properties, VERY high traffic intersections, and low income areas.
