I think if you post something incorrect or inappropriate on BP, somebody will take notice and post a correction or a challenge (or report it to the moderators).

Sometimes, contractors will come in with a quote for an inappropriately sized unit because that's what they have on the shelf at their shop.

Our average occupancy runs between 95 and 97%.We screen out people who don't work, have evictions, make excuses, tell terrible but unverifiable landlord stories, have a history of not paying their bills; especially utilities,  don't keep appointments, show up dirty, act inappropriately... the list goes on.  

Don't know the law in WA, but some states allow tenants to collect double or triple damages if the landlord inappropriately withholds security deposits.

IMO it is completely inappropriate for flooring in a rental, even in an Owner occupied SFR, I still think it is a bad idea for flooring.

No it's not rude or inappropriate

I have been asked to focus on several things such as helping threads stay on topic, keeping threads moving if they still have value in them, welcoming new members to the site, and providing an extra set of eyes for inappropriate content/spam.

Pay attention while communication, because a rude or inappropriate conversation can ruin your company’s reputation.
