Day three was a presentation from an attorney hawking a tax-reduction home training course and half of the printed agenda for the day was ignored. 

But ignoring the safety of your guests could cost you everything that you own. 

I can assure you the city demolished a building because of make safe violations that were ignored, not because of a desire to force gentrification.

When you got called out for BS you said it was unfair, but here you are obsessing with ignoring things and just searching for how to blame tenant for anything/everything and defer any responsibility at all including discovery of the actual root cause.     

ALL went to GOOGLE to find answers and help with the problem they were having, and after they themselves went to Google,  they completely ignore the fact that they themselves went to Google to solve their problem and then they choose DMM to try to some the recipietns problem.Isn't that quite moronic?

You are probably looking up seller finance and sub to and ignoring getting the best tenants into your existing property or finding ways to upgrade the cash flow.

The individual who owns the real estate in their personal name  but understands these key principles is also better prepared to address any claims or conflict if and when they arise than the individual who owns their real estate in an LLC and ignores these important operational functions. 

I'm ignoring it because it sounds suspiciously like a marketing ploy.

HE JUST CONSOLIDATED THEM ALL ALONG WITH HIS PDF CONTRACTS (WHICH ARE ALSO ALL OVER THE INTERNET) INTO ONE CENTRALIZED AREA... 5) He ADDED MORE OF THE SMALL NUGGET VIDEOS TAKING A SIMPLE PROCESS AND BREAKING IT DOWN LITTLE BY LITTLE (NOT SO MUCH FOR UNDERSTANDING PURPOSES) BUT MORE TO MAKE PROGRAM MORE ROBUST AND EVENTFUL 6) AND USED SIMPLE JSON CODING AND SQL (LIKE ZAPIER AND GLOBIFLOW) which can be done by using WordPress quite easily and created a lease option customer data entry base (CALLING IT THE LEASE OPTION THIS AND THE LEASE OPTION THAT DATABASE) It's basically the large packaged smoke and mirrors with a little touch of value and abundance simultaneously being thrown at you that will cause you to do one of two things (which is kind of the goal)  1) You get overwhelmed instead of focused and quit, or 2) you ignore all of his "upsells" and focus on the material you have and use what he gives you to the utmost extent...

So I ignored his advice.
