All jokes aside that's awesome man, I'm involved in a 19 unit deal here in San Antonio and it definitely has been like drinking through a fire hose!

Or, you can go up in the attic, have someone either up on the roof or on a ladder up close the roof with a hose. 

So the PM brought in this high risk tenants and they caused a smaller water damage a few weeks after they moved in due to loose washer hose. 

However after a year of trying to get the City to accept this & the hydraulic analysis, they would not.

I also check exterior hose bibs for leaks.
