We will be on our honey moon, but if you have one in August, I will be there.

It just sometimes gets under my skin when a lender who doesn't know what they are talking about gives an investor bad advice because they don't know.As far as partners, I've had partners in the past and sometime you may think you are a good fit to work with someone then the honeymoon is over and you find out the truth about that partner.

Since I am just starting out, I simply don't have much money at all (especially since I am now paying off a wedding and honeymoon, not to mention student loans).

Only negative thing is we maxed out our credit cards for our honeymoon (Yikes)By the end of the walk through I am thinking to myself, "You don't meet any of our criteria."

Those are getting more popular these days and a friend of mine just got back from her honeymoon where she rented an AirB&B for a week.  

Unfortunately, my "honey moon" phase did not last very long and I got a call at 5:30am from my property manager telling me that a car had driven into the side of my house.

My wife and I bought our first home in Illinois in 2010 using awesome first time home buyer tax credits to fund the renovation and our honey moon.

Good luck finding anything listed under $400k, for example, whereas the honeymoons were listed for 350/360 and going for 390-400+ cash in the late spring/summer.

Had a young man on his honeymoon call me late one night to complain that we didn't disclose that the condo they rented was in a building next to a Masonic Temple upstairs in a commercial building..I was speechless (for a second or so)...He was concerned that they would have seances and cult offerings in the middle of the night and it would be very unacceptable and frightening.  

We aren’t really a honeymoon destination so we don’t have many 1 beds or A-frames. 3 bed can be the best bang for your buck in terms of cost sq/Ft, but it’s also the most competitive.
