@Animesh DasThe sale of the home is reported on forms Schedule D and Form 8949.You will report the sales price of the home less the cost basis in the home.

There are a few homeless tents in the back alley behind our property, a duplex rented out to two families. 

There was also a fire in the home less than 3 years ago, so all the major ticket items have been replaced already.

I have come across a condo association that is VERY rundown (drugs and homeless) and not doing well at all, interestingly it is surrounded by multiple apartment complexes geared towards students.

South Hill is overpriced with so much new inventory it will make your head spin and DT Puyallup IMO is grimy with lots of homeless.

They are trying to revitalize but it isn't an easy task, and the homeless population is EXTREME.
