@Conrad Metzenberg  Avocado toast is a great one. speaking of gentrification indicators, i've noticed some that stand out:more than one night time dog walker, extra points if it's a female on a cell phone; tattoo parlors, funky coffee place, small niche workout gyms, anything Asian that isn't Chinese, all within 3-4 blocks; any hippy or hipster sightings, extra points if you see them at Whole Foods later; very low people count in the middle of the day 

We just had an eviction and these people spilled kool aid, candle wax, and probably a million other things over it.

At the end of the day, trading is a full-time job, I basically kept staring at the screen from 10 to 4 each day, looking at the candle bar chart chasing up profits, it was exhausted.

@Danny Grey you’d be surprised there are actually a lot of closet conservatives in Boulder these days, not just the hippy town it once was.

its not so much that you cant.. its that really its up to the judge some states you flat out cant. but in florida if you bring an attorney that handles these evictions regularly you should be good but make sure your ducks are in a  row ive had a hippy judge side with the tenant 1 time and let them stay 2 months free until the end of their contract just because she pulled on his heartstrings in court

For example, I remember when I knew absolutely nothing about the stock market, not even what a share was, I decided to buy a course that covered almost everything from what a candle stick was, to advanced options strategies, Forex, etc.

They’ll have to work more than 1 job to make a living, so they’ll be burning the candle at both ends and guaranteed to drop some balls.
