There are a handful of banks but Heritage Bank of Nevada is the most active.

Anyone hear of:  Janice Kemmer from Coldwell Banker Heritage Property Management Team. 

Most lenders don't look at STR however I found 3 that will consider it: Visio Lending, Host Financial and American Heritage.

I don't know any title companies local to that area, but you can call Heritage Title and Closing in Russellville, AR and see if they can help.
