Still working on it now, but thought I would ask for some advice here as well. 

A well written management contract should clearly spell out what is expected of both the PMC and the owner, to PROTECT both and avoid misunderstandings.

The property itself has sentimental value in my family as well, so it will be a long term hold.

The off grid treehouse we built, much more glamping than camping, has done so well on Airbnb I removed from Hipcamp.
