(This person genuinely is trying to get over on me with the “I’ll have it tomorrow, I’ll have it next week” bs).

Change your story each month as different stories will resonate with different people AND use each story to emphasize one of your “who do you know…” questions.

Getting face to face with potential partners will be essential to learning if you who and what type of personalities you most resonate with.

It's a small world mate lol1) Got it and I usually have no issues opening the books as I mentioned, nothing to hide but not many have a genuine approach when asking for such and as you me mention, could use it to their advantage for all sorts of things.2) You and I spoke about this in person and have someone working on this in our office.

But as of now am genuinely curious if they will renew or what their plans are for future.

The key is to be a genuine + kind person that wants a win-win and identify others on your team that share that vision because 80% of the people you call/talk to will not be it.

I was genuinely stress out by this.

I have spent a lot of time on the phone with them and they genuinely want to improve what they are offering for investors.  

The biggest selling point for me was the people, it's home to some of the most genuinely nice people I've ever met.
