If your first deal was a good one, fundraising through known acquaintances may prove beneficial!

If you are looking for passive investors, you will need to do a Reg D or Reg CF or Reg A or Reg A+ raise and follow the SEC laws.There is a lot of information on BP about fund raising but it is always more challenging than it sounds, especially the first time around.

Most of what I am finding to read is "how to" market yourself for fundraising. 

And the normal method of fundraising capital at that level is by saying that you will pay everyone back in about 4 years. 

Not something so personal as using someone specific’s money aka private funding, fund raising.

Some syndications are finding this model to be really beneficial as it saves them substantial time fund raising for the next deal since the money from the current member investors moves forward in the 1031. 

I'm looking to use my SOI, our 100+ agents in the office, lender network, and their connections to fundraise an upcoming purchase.
