So if we get into any sort conflict with China even a proxy conflict through Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, etc. this fluffy, create nothing economy we currently have will be brought to its knees.  

I don't add in fluff, I just think that's how much it takes to adequately explain the topics at hand.My number two piece of advice is: be patient and persistent. 

Apparently bunnies can flatten themselves to the size of a pancake if there are sleep number cords to be had.

It’s not nice and fluffy but that’s just fact.  

And know that even alot of the books are fluffy and sales pitchy also, so you have to weed out the books and some of the fluff within them.The more you can rely on yourself instead if other people the better you will do.

I'm willing to learn from anyone knowledgable and willing to teach.MY NEWB QUESTION: Ive listened to a few podcast so far(200, 207, 208), I'm half way through the beginners guide read and I've done a ton of reading in the last year while improving my financial position (credit score, debt) and BP is the the first place where I am able to read 'Game' from all types of investors without all of the fluff I usually encounter.

Anyone ever read "If You Give a Pig a Pancake" or "If You Give a Cat a Cupcake" or "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie" etc. ? 

He is to the point, stays on task and offers no fluff. I

They even have Latchel, to which I have not used, nor will not, as I am more concerned about basic landlord responsibilities over fluffy useless third party crap-ola.

All the fluff is so unnecessary.
