I feel like a lot of developers lately haev been focusing on townhomes..They just tend to be pricey and hard for the first time home owner to buy. 

That is why a lot builders buy a few of their own homes and pay "all cash" after they are built to establish sold comps and set the market.If you have any questions feel free to reach out it can be tough trying to figure out the first few steps and what is required.

Thanks for sharing your feedback on Stessa as I feel that not having a good response time from any entity is an issue for most automated systems with no strong back office support.

I have been looking at sf homes with comparable SqFt to one of the units, as well as the units combined to try and get a feel for what this is worth.

He wasn't a bad guy, but they definitely want to gain your trust and want to make you feel like "$15K" is no big deal.
